What we collect and why

Your name, email address, the CV you upload (PDF), the optional message you write, and the history of your application's stages. This data is used solely to assess your application and keep you informed of its progress. Legal basis: your consent and steps taken at your request prior to a possible employment contract.

Who can see it

Only MobilitySoft's recruitment team. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties. It is hosted in the European Union (DigitalOcean, Frankfurt data centre); transactional emails are sent through Brevo (France).

How long we keep it

Your application is automatically and permanently deleted 6 months after a final decision. An account with no submitted application is deleted after 30 days.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data at any time. Deletion is immediate from your applicant space (“Delete my application”). You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies and tracking

Only two strictly necessary cookies are used: your session and your language choice. No tracking or advertising cookies, no third-party fonts or scripts.

Our service emails are sent through Brevo, which measures whether they are opened (tracking pixel). The links they contain are not tracked.
